Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat organized a relief-material collection on the 5th of December 2025, to support people severely affected by Cyclone Titva. Residents, well-wishers, community groups, sports clubs, temples, and public organizations contributed dry-ration supplies. The Secretariat staff sorted and packed the items, which were then handed over to the Batticaloa District Secretariat for distribution to affected families.
