Women's Day Celebration at Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat - 2025
International Women's Day was celebrated on March 14, 2025, at the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat Auditorium under the theme 'Strong women are the guide to building the future.' The event was chaired by Divisional Secretary N. Sathyananthi.
The event commenced with a divine service, followed by a warm welcome address and an inspiring keynote speech.
Women's Day was graced with vibrant student performances, including dances, drama, and artistic acts such as bow-and-arrow singing.
Outstanding female entrepreneurs were celebrated, and the runners-up of the women's netball tournament, held in honor of International Women's Day, were also recognized.
Notably, the event was attended by guests, members of the Women's Association and the Matar Rural Development Association, as well as members of the general public and officials from the Divisional Secretariat.
