On September 3, 2025, a mobile service was held at the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat to issue birth, death, and age declaration certificates to students and adults without birth certificates. Organized with the support of the Center for Justice and Change and under the guidance of Divisional Secretary Mrs. Sathyanandhi Namasivayam, the event was led by Deputy Registrar Mr. K. Nataraja. Over 100 people participated, and 51 individuals received their certificates on the spot.
