On September 6, 2025, a formal Welcome and Prayer event was held at the office premises to commemorate the 2025 pilgrimage of the Aayithiyamalai Shrine of Our Lady Perpetual. The event was conducted under the leadership of Divisional Secretary Mrs. Sathyanandhi Namasivayam, who led prayers and honored Mother Mary by presenting garlands. 
Other Staff Grade Officers also participated in offering garlands and prayers. The ceremony concluded with a prayer service officiated by Rev. Father A. Ambrose. Following the service, tea and bun were offered to the pilgrimage devotees by the office.
