On July 30, 2026, an awareness session on the QR-based public complaint system was held for field and office staff at the Manmunai West Divisional Secretariat as part of day four of the "Integrity Culture – Clean Sri Lanka" national programme. Guided by Divisional Secretary Mrs. Sathiyananthi Namasivayam, the session highlighted how citizens can easily lodge grievances, Right to Information requests, and bribery or corruption complaints via QR codes to ensure a transparent and accountable public service.
